Southwest Auto Tow

No one enjoys their car towed but the experience was exacerbated by the rude phone operators. They treat you with zero patience / tolerance. The towing fee was through the rooooof (300). Worst is yet to be said: they take advantage of your situation by asking for additional money, in my case six dollar and they only admit Cash. This is very suspicious to me because they didn't provide a receipt for that money. Due to my urgency, I naively gave them the cash but after thinking about it, that seems like tax evasion and possibly without the owner knowing about it. If that's the case, shame on you for taking advantage of our situation!!!!!
