My son was given a green piggy bank at school with a paper that says you can open a savings account for $25. He was so excited. My husband took him to open the account and they just looked at him like he was stupid and said "I don't know nothing about that" . And wouldn't let him open the account. Said it had to be $100 to open it. He's so upset
