What a disaster! I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for a coffee and breakfast burrito. I specifically chose the drive thru over a stall because I needed faster service for the occasion. The employees inside kept looking at me through the window including the manager but I was kept waiting for 15 minutes with no explanation. Finally someone let me know their system was down and they were waiting for it to come back up. I also had to ask for my credit card back. The iced coffee I requested was supposed to be chocolate and I saw some chocolate syrup in the bottom of the cup, but it had not been mixed at all. Terrible experience, will never stop here again.
