Soleil Moving

Horrible customer service. 2 hours late without any call. We called this company 5 times before we got a call back. When we finally got a call back, the movers said he would only give us 10% off. I told him that we wasted an entire day waiting for his movers and so he decided to give us 20% off. When I said sure but I'm still annoyed because we wasted the day, the mover said he can give us a free move. When I accepted the free move, he said he as being facetious and he will not be giving us a free move. When I told him he can't joke like that with customers he laughed and then said "We will be there soon buddy!" Never use this moving company.
