If I could give no stars I would. I came in for a relaxer, cut and style with Evelyn. Evelyn who is the so called salon manager is super disorganized and unprofessional. I went in super excited to have her do my hair and left out very dissatisfied. I also ended up with burns on the side of my face after I told her it was burning. Why is relaxer even on my skin like that?! I will try to post a pic of my hair and burns. Evelyn is super disrespectful, talks down to clients, answers her cell phone the whole time, runs the register and takes in 2-3 more clients while she’s doing your hair. I got there at 11:20 for an 11:30 appointment and left at 3:00pm with my hair still NOT done. I’ve never experienced this in a salon of any kind. Evelyn also made comments to people on the phone and staff in the salon like “let me hurry because my clients are in a rush” when I advised her that 3 hours in a salon was unacceptable. She also said her clients were “getting on her nerves” and she didn’t want to be rushed. She is very immature and I’m shocked the owner doesn’t allow people to get ahold of him to complain. When I told her my feedback regarding how unhappy I was with her incomplete and unsatisfactory work after 3 hours of waiting under the dryer, she proceeded to emphasize as she walked away that I was “STILL getting on her nerves”. Please do not be fooled by the fake customer service when you schedule. The reviews are 2.8 out of 5 stars for a reason. They need to terminate Evelyn and put a manager and staff that are professional and organized.
