Would not at all Recommend this Firm. The Lawyer assigned to my case, did Nothing to Fight for my right to see my daughters. The case continued to get worst without any fight or defense from my Lawyer. Only to find out once I hired a new Law Firm, that my lawyer went behind my back without me knowing it and signed away my right and access to my children. Took 4 months of trying to contact my Lawyer only to receive no replay or an reply with one sentence. I trusted this Firm to get me in the best position I could to be apart of my Children's life only to be constantly let down. I spent well over the initial amount of the retainer only to have no progress or anything at that point. I am beyond Thankful for the fact that this failure lead me into changing firms and hiring my new lawyer and within less than a month, my case got extremely better and I got to see my kids. This Firm does not fight for you, I had also recommend this firm in the beginning to another friend, only for him to go through the exact same thing. Maybe Not all of the Lawyers here are bad, But the one I received and my friend received as well, she was absolutely Horrible. Out of Respect for the Lawyers Name, I will not Put that one here. But I hardly felt like she cared about me and the best interest for me and my Children. At some points, I had to try to Convince her to Fight for me out of frustration of the Lack of Communications and the lack of fight for me. I hope This Firm looks at the numbers of withdrawals from this Firm with that Lawyer being the one who represented them. This is my Life I trusted them with, only to be let down in such a way that Forgiveness is a hard pill to swallow. I am Beyond thankful for my Choice to Change Firms. Now I have a great shot in winning my case and it has improved so much in a months time, than 8 months I spent here with my Lawyer and this Firm. When dealing with your relationship with your children, your life, you should not have to convince your Lawyer to fight for you. No matter what mistakes you have made or didn't make, your Lawyer should have the drive and fight and the ethics to make sure you are best represented. Not Sign your Rights away without you knowing and not telling you over 4 months why you can not see you Children. Because of the Lack of anything from my Lawyer and the money I wasted here, I have even reached out to other outlets to express my frustration and my complaints. These High Ranking outlets have supported my Complaint and agreed my Lawyer did not act in a ethical way in dealing with my Case.
