Silverado Cypresswood Memory Care Community

I am a friend of the family of a resident. I had gone with my friend to see her grandmother. The rudeness shown towards the people that stay here and to visitors is out of this world. I overheard one of the nurses telling a woman "shut up and eat your damn food" while they were served lunch. Another woman forced out of her chair and pretty much dragged to her room while screaming. We were given a blank stare and a shrug as we went and tried to tell a lady what was going on. But she was very eager to dismiss us while she went about her gossip with another lady. I could tell my friend was visibly disturbed. All I can do is pray that they get their grandmother the help she needs in a different place.
