I’ve stayed here every weekend for the last 6 weekends visiting my husband. My first weekend here was great. After that, BUGS BUGS BUGS. My second weekend here I had a couple crickets wake me up at 4 AM and I had to hunt them down. Literally. My third weekend I killed a total of 7 bugs. A spider, little black bug and 2 daddy long legs in the first 20 minutes. Left for a couple hours and came back and there was a cockroach on my wall. Then another one in the bathroom minutes later. And then....a cricket. I called the front desk (who is usually super wonderful) and all I got was a “Okay, thank you ma’am” and hung up) My fourth weekend there was crickets and a cockroach. My fifth weekend (me currently) I walked in to find a bug on my pillow. I’ve already killed 3 crickets and I’m listening to what sounds like a washer running through the ceiling at midnight, and it’s been going for hours. I’m so happy to get to see my husband on the weekends, I love being walking distance and it’s nice being here on base for the ease, but I’ll be so glad when we get out of here. It’s only 1 night usually so I make it doable but if it were more than 2 nights, I’d definitely go somewhere else!!!!!
