Shepherd Healthcare

This is literally the worst office I have ever been to. I am surprised they even have 2.3 stars but I imagine that everyone that put 1 star really wanted to make it 0 but it wont allow 0 stars. They are completely unorganized and inefficient. I always make my appointment for the VERY FIRST appointment in the am, no matter who my appointment is with, and still end up waiting at least 45 minutes to be seen. How can you possibly be 45 minutes behind for your 1st appointment of the day? I don't know how many times we have paid our co-pay at the time of our visit, and gotten our credit card receipt from them , but still end up getting a bill because they don't actually post it to our patient account. This has happened multiple times to both my husband and myself. Who knows how many people just pay these bills they get in the mail assuming the doctors office knows what they are doing when they actually have already paid it?? When I was finally able to get their billing person, Robin, on the phone (Because you are left on hold all day or disconnected multiple times) she was able to straighten it out rather quickly. She is about the only positive thing I can say about that office. I do not recommend anyone going to this office.
