Sears

Very few common items kept in stock, such as flashlights. The layout seemed rather illogical in ways as you'd randomly run across an individual item nowhere near it's section, but not as though it were a display or end cap, as if it were just stocked there because it fit into a space. The staff were extremely friendly and made suggestive sales relevant to your purchase based on worldly knowledge. Unfortunately, they seemed understaffed for a busy weekend and it took nearly 20 minutes to get through the checkout despite there being few customers, but that's not the staff's fault. Not impressed, Sears, not at all.

They don't answer the damn phone.
