I can understand that, but then they get on the phone for me to pay prior to booking the appointment. I planned on paying with cash and I'm only mustering up the strength to get to my appointment. Not getting up for my purse to pay on a card that I didn't plan on using in the first place. Try making things more convenient for your customers. Not less. It also took me forever to get through. I wasn't even sure the phone was ringing on their end.
