This company is an absolute joke. I called a couple weeks ago to have a safe moved from one location on property to another. They came out to move and from the moment they got out where complaining as if they did not want to move it. They kept saying they didn't have the right equipment. After getting it out of the first house and to the new house they couldn't figure out how to get it in and said they needed another piece of equipment that was broke and would have to come back. This being 2 hours after they started. I asked when they would be back and they told me the next week. After I had to call back to reschedule the lady on the phone said it would be Friday. Which for me was not soon enough so she said she would move some things around and be there Wednesday between 1-3. At 2:45 on Wednesday I called to confirm they where still coming and the man that had come out the first time answered (Greg I believe) he told me the tool was still not fixed and they would not be out today. He seemed agitated that I called. I asked him if he thought I should call someone else to move the safe and he said yes that would be good and Hung up on me! I can't believe this company has been in business so many years and is run like it opened yesterday. I remember getting keys cut there 30 years ago. What happened? Very rude unprofessional company.
