We have received the most unprofessional service from the front desk staff imaginable.
Every time I think it could not get worse, it does.
They consistently miss our scheduled appointments (as in the physical therapist just doesn't show up) or make appointments for us that they never even notify us have been made.
There is a LONG delay between evaluation and treatment. They do not take doctor's orders seriously and our PT was rude to my younger child. I would choose to go ANYWHERE else other than here if we are ever in need of PT again.
