I've been buying Ford vehicles since my very first car, a Mustang Mach 1, 47 years ago; other than 1 Honda Accord & 1 Chevrolet Suburban, I have always purchased Ford cars & trucks - 20 at this point in time. In addition, the new Service Manager, Steve Jones, and Service Director, Keith Drake, have recently been very helpful in resolving any service issues I've had by going above & beyond even what Ford would do to ensure my total satisfaction.
