They carefully review claims and catch any mistakes that are made by the claims department. I once had an accident and had to pay my deductible to have my vehicle repaired. About 2 years later, the agency called me to inform me that I had been over charged for my deductible and gave me $500 back with no hassle. I really feel like they have my back and are in my corner no matter what. They always notify me of discounts that are available. I wouldn't switch companies for anything. They are highly recommended.
