We have used Rob Bassett for our insurance needs for many years and for many different coverages...We appreciate the competitive pricing but most of all their amazing customer service! Tiffany and Judy have always gone above and beyond on treating us like family...Tiffany has saved me from some oversights more than a few times and her personal attention is so appreciated! My husband and I recently switched to Rob Bassett State Farm. We have the total package with them. They offer services that I did not know were offered through an insurance company. We have home owners insurance, car insurance, life policies for our family, opened a money market savings account, opened a State Farm credit card (which you can earn points on to pay your premiums with) and we have also refinanced both of our vehicles with State Farm as well. I especially like the money market account as it pays more than any savings account we have ever had. We have had a great experience and have saved a lot of money with them. The office is in a convenient location. The staff is excellent everyone is always willing to help even if my question is trivial. Hope this review helps.
