Rent-A-Center

We were in need of a kitchen table for a month while we had family visiting during the Mardi Gras holiday. We were told they didn't have the table we wanted, but were able to find another used table they would be able to get to us. We called back multiple times and were told once that "we'll take care of you". Well, its Friday and we have no table, and no returned phone calls. I hope my family doesn't hate me and talk badly about me on facebook because we have no kitchen table :-(
