They will not tell you if they can't get your refund now, you WILL have to wait. Mine is coming the end of February, I wouldn't have paid $186 for a 1040ez if they would have told me.
A snowball has a better chance of surviving a very hot place then me EVER using you guys again!!! Mary is a liar and a cheat, as soon as I get my refund from you, guys, YOU WILL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN!!! She took complete advantage of a guy who was disabled by a stroke, what's to stop her from doing it to someone else? NOTHING!!! My whole visit is on video inside and yet you guys will not look at it or give it to me because it will PROVE that she never told me I may not get the refund until later until AFTER I had signed all the paperwork and then it was too late.
