Horrible and unprofessional staff. My encounter with Rainbow Plumbing never got passed a phone call. I made the appointment and when the dispatcher notified me their technician was on the way. She asked me for a payment over the phone. I told her I wasn't comfortable giving my card information over the phone and if I could be sent an invoice. Instead, she made it a point to let me know it would be better for her to place a card on file so she could leave at 5 pm. My tenant has been waiting all day to have their plumbing issue resolved. I was hung up on and was told to find another plumber. Absolutely Ridiculous. I will NEVER consider Rainbow Plumbing again for any of our properties.
