This facility has declined in quality and customer service over the past 2 years. They no longer have 4 wheel carts to move things in/out of units; the lighting control timer switches are damaged; there is no ramp access at the storage building entrances, so it is almost impossible to roll anything on wheels up to the door as there is major gap the pavement as you enter; hours have been reduced so you have no access to your unit in the evenings; poor lighting throughout the facility; and they just raised our rent $10 more a month to 'match market value', yet you can get the same unit (with insurance) for $33 less than 'market value'. Giving my 30 day notice today. Public Storage, if you took the time to address these ongoing issues at your facility, you might not be losing me as a customer. Never rent from this facility. It's not worth the headaches.
