They do not pickup their contractual scheduled pickup days... EVER. The lady who answers the phone says if we don't call within 24 hours to notify them of the missed pickup then we lose that pickup entirely. We have called them daily for 3 weeks. It doesn't help. We are scheduled for twice weekly. In four months they have only picked up three times on their scheduled days. They made up two additional pickups but we "lost" the rest. I even paid for extra pickups. They missed those too. Ugh. Why would the city contract with such a terrible company and obligate all of the citizens to them?! I would cancel their contract immediately for failing to perform. There are many other companies that would do a great job for less money and help make our town look great.

Company picks up the dumpster beside my property at 4 & 5:00 in the morning. Disturbing the peace and our house. I called the first time to ask if they could change the schedule and pickup later in the day and Rebecca said she would ask the manager. Nothing was done. They continued to pick up every Monday morning at 4-5:00. I call again today and spoke again with Rebecca and then asked to speak with a manager. Keith Norton (?didn't want to give his last name) is the person I was transferred too. He started out with a bad attitude. I attempted to explain that we have a baby sleeping and the truck is disturbing the peace. He really got an attitude then. Said I couldn't call up there and demand they do something. He said he would have a talk with the driver, but I clearly don't believe him. He is rude and not manager material. The company needs to rethink letting him speak to the public. I'll call the police when they show up again. Filing a Disturbing the Peace complaint with the city of Weatherford. Would not be giving this company 1 star if you didn't have too to get this posted.
