PLAY

We’ve been visiting play for last 2.5 years and things innterms of customer satisfaction has not been going to right direction. First, adding too many toys reduced to play area for kids, second front desk is not very helpful and finally, today we were advised that if tou leave the play for 10-15 minutes, we have to pay again!!!! It is ridiculous and very unprofessional how you expect families to pay another $10 for each kid if they leave the place for a while.
