We have been at this apartment complex for three months and we love it here! The office staff is friendly and go out of their way to make the residents feel more at home-something I truly appreciate. The pool is great and the gym is a good size, it also rarely has more than one or two people at a time. The maintenance team does a great job and are quick to respond, even on weekends. There is also a security patrol that drives through the complex at night. During the summer there tends to be a bit more traffic because everyone is going to the lake/marina, but as it cools off it becomes more quiet. Pine Prairie has been our best experience by far with an apartment complex and we look forward to living here for a few more years.
