Pier 99 Restaurant

Used to love it here. At one time it was worth the hour or more wait it took to get a table. Not anymore! The last few times we went we had horrible customer service and nasty food, last time we waited over an hour for cold old food and the wrong order. Then we had to wait even longer for them to make the right dish. I could not even eat it the fish was chewy, tasted old like it had been microwaved after sitting out and smelled pungent. They did not do anything to rectify the situation not even an apology. The girl serving us never returned to the table after seating us except for once when she was rude and condescending. We vowed to never return. All of north beach has turned awful. Such a waste of a beautiful location. Don't go here, so many other great places to visit.
