Terribly disappointing appaisor, incredible lack of construction knowledge and little or no marketing knowledge associated with the housing industry. I would highly suggest if you are looking for a home appraisor you look elsewhere.
This lady was not even able to get the housing dimensions correct let alone the ammenities valued at even a resonable rate. They seemed to take the easiest and fastest approach and did not do justice to the buying client nor the selling owner.
I think their moto is fast & cheap.
So if you are looking for a professional appraisial firm I can only suggest you not use this "group" (this old lady and her husband).
