The center stone of a ring I had purchased elsewhere fell out. I was frantically calling places to find a jeweler who could place it back in the setting as soon as humanly possible. I stumbled upon Penaloza & Sons and gave them a call. I was told I could come in right now and that they had two jewelers in house. While most stores were closed, Penaloza & Sons took care of me right then and there. All staff I encountered were empathetic with my situation, kind, and genuine. They truly care about providing excellent service and are passionate about their livelihood. They were a lifesaver today, and I'd definitely return in the future.
