Payless Car Rental

Took over an hour to get a car. I was the only one there. I made the reservation over 3 months ago yet somehow they couldn’t get me a car. Nobody knows what they’re doing. Gentleman helping me answered his personal phone while “helping” me. They somehow managed to charge my account 3 times for a total of over $1,000. So insanely frustrating. Ended up being late for a meeting. I would’ve walked to Enterprise, but they were closed. Avoid this place at all costs.
