Had a rear bumper on a 2003 RX 300 Lexus replaced. To begin with two other shops wouldn't even talk to us because the car was too old. Called for an estimate and brought it in to do paper work. We approved, they scheduled us and there were no problems. When we went to pick up the car I noticed what I thought was another car just like mine in the parking lot. ( our car is very easy to pick out in a parking lot as it is a pearlised white with a black deer guard). Looked closer and realized it was mine, not only did they do the work in a timely manner but they gave it a deluxe wash job!
