Pappas Bar-B-Q

This has been one of my favorites for many years with regards to brisket, ribs, sausages and pulled pork. The rub is so good most times sauce isn't needed. This trip went for lunch with party of 4. Three took advantage of the rib combo lunch specials and one got the sliced brisket plate. Generous servings on side dishes but usual healthy serving of meat is a thing of the past. Meat was still flavorful and tender. Noticed several new sides so will return and give those a try.
