I have very good experience with Dr. Meyer for so many years. In March of 2017, Dr. Meyer prescribed Mometasone Furoate to shrink my face bump and it failed after 6 months trials. In Sept 2017, Dr. told me to ask him to refer a dermatologist if his small surgery on my face does not work. In December of 2017, I called to ask for refer and the front desk said I have to visit Dr.Meyer first since there is no record about my face issue except wasp bite. Before surgery, the nurse found my hand had a wasp bite during blood pressure measurement and insisted writing down to my record although I told her there was no need since it happened two days ago and it did not bother me. Dr. only did the small surgery during my visit. He called me to take allergy drug for wasp bite after I left his clinic thirty minutes later. I found the clinic has two bills to my insurance company of this visit: One is for wasp bite and the other is for incision and drain of this small operation.
The front desk person is so adamant of no visiting records and no refer. Luckily I successfully found a good dermatologist through google search. It is very painful to deal with front desk and I am not sure if they lie or their computer has problem. But no matter what problems, they should correct it instead of treating their customer badly. It is nightmare for me to explain them again and again...., and no one cares. My whole day is ruined.
