I went to Nissan in Alvin hoping to price a few used Titan trucks and compare to the brand new offers that I have been seeing around Houston. I drove out with a new 2017 Nissan Titan because of the deal. Was not expecting that. The sales guy was pretty good and the finance team explained things well. Make sure to ask them about weather mats guards for your truck. Might be able to add them free like they did for me if you buy right then and there. Saved me another $700. Overall positive experience.
