I worked with Andrea Fowler a little over a year ago when buying my first home. It was a surprisingly smooth experience. I have a tendency of asking a million questions about every little detail and Andrea would answer every single one, but she was also really good at helping me stay focused on the big picture. One of the things that impressed me the most when working with her was her availability. She answers emails, calls and texts almost immediately. It was comforting to know that if I had some random question about the process at 9PM on a Saturday night, I didn't have to wait until Monday to get an answer. She remembered details about the properties we visited better than I did. I have recommended her to multiple people over the last year and we have kept in constant contact. That's another thing that I appreciate about her. The relationship doesn't end at closing. She occasionally checks in to see how you're adjusting. She sends reminders about important deadlines like filing your homestead exemption. If you need recommendation for repairs, home warranties - anything - she has the answers. I am very particular when it comes to handing out stellar reviews because it takes a lot to impress me. But Andrea is extremely deserving of the praise.
