The office staff has always been very friendly and helpful. When my daughters wire was bothering her, they worked her in quickly to fix the problem. If you call and leave a message, they are quick to return your call. Dr. Mik makes your child feel comfortable and explains in detail what needs to be done. My daughter Bethany just got her braces off and she is finally confident and happy that her teeth are straight. I would recommend him and his staff to anyone who is needing braces. Zena Anthony
