We've had Terminix to the house twice since we moved in, and I can't seem to get them to take care of the ant issue. These pictures are just from my front yard, there are more in the back yard. That's not to mention the spiders in the house or the webs that the CS rep said that they would take care of or the roach that is dead by the back door. I'm sorry but if I prepay for a service (literally just blew an ant off my hand while sitting on the front porch) you expect that service to be done. I guess I will switch to DIY from now on and stop relying on bad service. And to top it all off, after my initial complaint after the first tech the second tech came with only an email, it stated that the tech was on the way?! I work at least an hour away from home and the only courtesy is an email?!
