Mesa Cleaners

They ruined three of my shirts. They didn't even apologize. Don't bring your clothes here. Rude employees and bad service.

My girlfriend really had a bad experience here with one of her dresses, and I can understand the confusion, but I've personally never had a problem. They're fast, they're good, they're cheap, and they have nice people working for them. I don't do a lot of thinking about my cleaners, but I certainly notice if anything is awry. In some ways, it's not a very enviable place for a business to be in -- there's few ways to be memorable and almost all of those ways are bad. Is Mesa perfect? Certainly not. They've been doing my clothes for a few years now and every once in a while, there's something they don't get quite right. But it's never ruinous and they're always happy to make it right.
