The receptionist on the urgent care side was very rude in her mannerism she kept acting annoyed making huffing noises before every response. She didn’t have a name tag but was an older lady. You could tell she didn’t want to help anybody and was extremely rude to people who didn’t know English. On the other hand the medical staff was nice and helpful. That receptionist alone shouldn’t be the face of your establishment because she represents the whole facility and is the one who leaves the first impression on the patients and any future new ones. Definitely have her change her attitude or get rid of her completely.
