Ironside Masonry

Bought a Range Rover from these two people, the “uncle” (owner), and nephew (sales person). Checked the car out, and of course it was in great condition with no dash lights on when I test drove it and bought it. Two days following, I had a “low coolant” alert continually pop up. Texted them about it, and they said all was fine just a normal system issue. I took it up there because of this issue, and the battery light had came on. They said I just need a battery. (Mind you they offered some bogus $500.00 warranty.) That same night I was in a drive through and it completely shut off. After having the managers hook the jumper cables up to it so I could take it out of park, I got it towed and had the alternator and battery replaced. The next day, low coolant light was back on. I tried to call to no avail, and they responded with a text that they did a pressure test on it and there were no leaks. In short, the heater stopped working and when I pulled over the truck looked like a smoker pit. I sent them pictures and videos and they responded with saying they were done and would send me $500 for the warranty and said “if I knew all of that was wrong I wouldn’t have sold it to you.” Right. As I requested for my money back, not including the $1,700.00 in added costs I’ve incurred, I received silence. The vehicle had also been in two undisclosed accidents. Consequently, I will be following these reviews up with calls to a contact I have at the DMV Dealers Division. All of this was after his false claims of being a surgeon and graduating medical school in New York and practicing in the medical field. Mr. MOAZZAM MALIK (owner) was in fact an employee at a medical facility, however he was a Validation Manager, or Quality Control manager. This was of course after his two short years of study at The Wharton School. The DMV holds strict on good faith relationships for these dealers, and undermining clients in order to make a sale is a violation of their “good faith”.
