I highly recommend every contractor to stay AWAY from them. They only hire LABOR ONLY, so if they tell you they are looking for turnkey they are lying to you. They like to see your proposal so they can copy and paste it on theirs knowing they will never hire you. Nonetheless they love to not pay you at all, so don't expect progress payments nor monthly payments, they don't follow the contract so beware. Management is also at the lowest and don't know construction. Do not get fooled by them asking for your services. Trust me there is NOTHING PREMIER about "Maxx Builders"
