This business is a waste of time to Job seekers. Very upsetting to make you drive for an 1 hr to their office and interview with someone who has no clue about the job you are applying for. They are just trying to get you out there, so you can sign a stupid contract that will only favor them. No consideration for job seekers who are spending from the meager savings they are trying to survive with. I would consider myself desperate for going there twice because I needed a job badly. I had to interview with a lady called Pam and some other gentleman, who I have forgotten his name. They had no clue on what a well trained Engineer can do, if the write up on your resume is not exactly as it is on the job description, forget it, you are not being submitted for the job. They don't understand that engineers engage more in problem solving and every time you engage in something almost new. Your training in your field of specialty and your experiences guides you to understand and know how to go about the problem, it does not give you an instant solution by following a set of guidelines. That's the major difference between a technician and an Engineer. I left them and found myself a super good Job, more than they can imagine. My advice to them is that if you want to hire engineers, look for retired engineers or at least Industry workers who understand what it takes for someone to be in the field of Engineering and not dropouts who think they psychologists and understand you by interviewing you.
