LV NAILS

I'm so sad that I feel the need to write a poor review but I just don't want someone else to feel taken advantage of or waste their money. I've been a repeat customer and have had decent service and pedicures in the past but today I had the worst pedicure and customer service ever. To start off the man that did my pedicure was rude and seemed to be frustrated that I got a regular pedicure instead of the deluxe. Then he proceeded to do a very poor job and rushed through the entire service. He slapped on the nail polish and it looked very different on than what it looked like in the bottle, I told him to stop that I didn't like the color and he told me to choose another one. I did and got back in the chair, he then just painted over the color I didn't like and did a really messy job. There is paint all over my cuticles and there is a part that isn't painted. He jumped up quickly after he slapped on the paint and told me I was finished and that I had to get out of the chair and move to the drying area. My friend was next to me and was disappointed I couldn't sit there anymore but I figured someone else might have been waiting for my spot, but no one was, infact there were two other empty pedi chairs. The lady that was doing my friends pedi told me I could still sit there but it was super awkward. I told that nail tech that I was not happy with my pedi and she just looked at me. No one offered to fix it or ask me what I was dissatisfied with. My heels are still rough and it doesn't look like I just got a pedicure at all. After all this my friend decided not to get a mani like she had previously told them she wanted and we paid and left. I am just so disappointed in the poor customer service and the terrible pedicure. I'll have to go somewhere else this week and have it redone, so frustrating!
