Second time I've used Lowry with same results - outstanding. Called the office this morning (Monday)to request service. Rachel, office scheduler said two techs would be available at 11:00 a.m. Shortly after my conversation with Rachel, the tech's called and said they could be at my home at 9:30 a.m. Amazing! The techs arrived as scheduled, quickly assessed my problem and initiated the repair. In addition, other work not scheduled was done since labor time remained in the initial hour of charge. Really please with the quick, friendly and professional service that Lowry provides.
