By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered an item to be assembled and delivered on 4/28. It's 5/1 and I have not received it. I've talked to corporate customer service three times and three store managers and still nothing. If you are looking for assembly and delivery, don't go to this Lowes!!! Horrible business practices.
