It's a pretty good indicator that a store just doesn't care when the customer service department tells you to visit a store and ask for a specific manager, Kelly in this instance and he doesn't even bother to show up after being paged. My mother in law and some close friends both recently bought appliances from here and were completely hosed after the fact. They both had problems with their appliances but the worst part is that Lowe's wouldn't do anything about it. After taking days off work and being stood up a few times, Kelly obviously not caring they've all be returned by loading them up ourselves in a truck. The worst customer service I've ever seen. Home Depot is an extra mile further but will definitely go there from here on out.
