Keeping this,short and to the point. If you have a handicap, and cant walk/load yourself, this is NOT the store to use. 7 times in a row, the over staffed Pro desk left me to load outside. 5 times i had to load in the parking lot with no help, due to unattended trucks in the loading area. Some were their 45 minutes and still after i left. Once they even went as far as clossing the big roll up door after all 8 employess left me to load alone 350#. Gods truth....... Talked with the manage two ocations, only to find out laterafter calling customer service, he ISNT THE MANAGER. Lazy kids, triying their hardest to chat up the same girl at the Pro desk, while not filling online orders, or loading, and totally ok with trucks parked unattended in the handicap spot. They just say, theirs nothing we can do. I lodged my complaints at the company, and will be requesting S.A.P.D. to step up patrols in their parking lot. Their was i time i was healthy, worked 16 hrs a day, and i sure as hell never treated people like this!
