Stone Works

Initially very pleased with my experience here when picking out the tile for our two new bathrooms. We needed to buy another box of tile to complete our job and we're shocked when we were charged $75 freight for a $62 box of tile. When I asked about this the owner, Jason I believe, was quick to point out that that was just how it was. When I told him I thought that was a bit excessive he replied, Do you want to come look at my freight bills? He also was quick to say, Who ordered the tile? I said my tile installer at my request. But I was never informed that the freight would be $75. He never offered aNY solution other than to once again ask me if I would like to come look at his freight bills. Had I not already paid for my other tile I would cancel my order. Jason is not very professional and I will not be back to Stone Works in Longview.
