Local Foods Upper Kirby

Ordered the chicken and waffles and I was not disappointed. The chicken was so crispy and tender at the same time, the crispy outer core was so delicious and I'm not sure how they cook fry it but it seemed healthy. Also they drizzle this sweet sauce which would make you think twice about a sweet strawberry like creamy sauce on chicken but dont hesitate to eat it, its delicious. Overall the vibe was good. Great for going with friends, or for a brunch meeting and also if u wanna go alone and have some nice me time
