Little Caesars Pizza

Will they ever hire any decent people at this place? Went to the drive thru, ordered three pizzas and they charged me for four asked for my receipt but they said they didn't have it. Had to wait almost 10min for the manager to get my money back. Just to get home and find out they didn't cut my pizza. Seriously by the time I got home my pizza was cold. I should know better and not to go back to the same place where I always get bad service.
