I've been with Lifetime Tax Advisors now since 2015. If you looking for a CPA that understands the many aspects of real estate, they do because they invest in real estate themselves. I run a complicated business in regards to keeping books. I've spent many hours throughout the years talking about our business. Nate really takes the time to understand it. He's saved me money by getting penalties reduced, or finding the exemptions I should be taking. Now when I am making a major business decision, I ask my partner for permission, I check with my business attorney to make sure I am on sound legal ground, and I get with Nate at Lifetime and ask how it will affect my taxes.
