Incompetent staff and managers, terrible service, and a genuinely deplorable experience. My wife and I ordered vegetable rice and yakisoba noodles with vegetables, and we disclosed to the waitress that we don't eat meat or fish (we are vegetarians). Once our dishes arrived, they both had bits of beef and shrimp in them. We called our waitress over and she then brought the manager. My wife told the manager that she is allergic to shellfish and he replied that the dishes only have vegetables. When confronted with the evidence of shrimp we discovered, the manager promptly left without an apology. Furthermore, none of the other staff members or managers came over to issue an apology. We were so frustrated that we asked for the check and left for the door. Even on our way out just after we paid, there was no "thank you" or "sorry for the mishap." Utterly appalling, to say it simply.
