La Finca Mexican Restaurant

We came for late lunch on a Tuesday and they weren't busy at all. They served us stale chips. We ordered fajitas, which weren't very flavorful. It's like they forgot to season or salt the meat. The waiter wasn't very attentive. He asked if I needed a refill and walked away with my drink and never came back. I had to ask another waiter to give me my drink back. We asked for a to-go box and our check, and the waiter brought us a box but didn't come back to give us our check until we asked another waiter for it. If the service is like this when the place is nearly empty, I can't imagine what it's like when they're busy.
